Our revamp began with a complete visual and UX overhaul, rooted in modern wellness aesthetics. We introduced bold, benefit-driven messaging—like “Healthy Gut Your Way” and “Trouble Losing Weight?”—to hook users instantly. Clean typography, animated supplement visuals, and a minimal white-green color palette positioned Bala as both approachable and clinically advanced. We prioritized product storytelling through striking imagery and collapsible content sections that educated users without overwhelming them. These strategic design choices not only enhanced comprehension but significantly improved conversion rates.
The homepage now leads with dynamic call-to-actions like “Order Now” and “Take Quiz,” directing users into personalized journeys based on gender or health goals. This interactivity, paired with a trust-building carousel of clinical mentions (from Stanford to Business Insider), boosted trust and engagement metrics site-wide. The redesigned product detail sections spotlight key ingredients (Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, FOS) using scroll-based animations, making complex science digestible and compelling.
We also reimagined the customer testimonial section to feel more human and authentic, featuring vibrant UGC (user-generated content) and social proof from verified customers like Yasmine Grossa. Star ratings, quotes, and transformation stories added layers of relatability, contributing to an increase in average session duration and a 35% drop in bounce rate.
