This high-energy real estate video takes viewers inside a $100,000/month luxury apartment in New York City, guided by Ryan Garson—the “very social broker.” From cinematic camera movements to playful banter and sleek transitions, the goal was to capture not just the space, but the lifestyle it represents. We wanted the viewer to feel like they were walking through the Gemstone Terrace themselves, surrounded by Italian marble, private offices, and panoramic skyline views.

We shot and edited this project using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, combining smooth gimbal shots, speed ramps, and subtle push-ins to highlight the grandeur of the space. Lively background music, ambient room tone, and clean dialogue mixing helped carry the fast-paced narrative while maintaining an upscale, aspirational vibe. Color grading was used to enhance natural lighting and marble textures, giving every shot that crisp, luxury feel. Animated lower-thirds introduced room specs and Ryan’s commentary, seamlessly woven into the experience.
